Project description: The 14.5-acre Amenity Center for Carnes Crossroads, an Agrihood development designed to foster a healthy and sustainable community, will encompass The Barn, where residents can participate in monthly shares of organically grown produce and local goods; The Lake House, an amenity center that will serve as a gathering spot and event venue for residents; a resort-inspired pool with a three-story waterslide tower; and a first-class wellness center and sports courts.
