Palm Springs’ Miralon buildout continues
New homes continue to sprout in the Miralon community in Palm Springs.
PLC Communities recently launched work on Olea, a 71 single-family home neighborhood. The modern, single-story homes should be available for purchase by end of summer. No prices were available Friday.
Sizes at Olea will range from 2,579 to 2,721 square feet with up four bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
Another 25 homes are coming, this time built by Woodbridge Pacific Group. The neighborhood Solace is due to break ground “soon” in the “agri-inspired” community that touts open space and olive groves.
Lennar has so far completed two of 11 phases in its Vitality neighborhood. The 93 homes on 50-foot lots are in one- and two-story floorplans up to 2,937 square feet and four bedrooms. Prices there start in the upper $800,000s.
