Headwaters
Dripping Springs, TX

The land can accommodate a new elementary and middle school. DSISD broke ground on the district’s sixth elementary school in June 2024. The school is slated to open in the fall of 2025 and will accommodate 850 students in grades PK-5.
Shearwater
St. Johns County, FL
In addition to the exemplary Timberline Creek Elementary School adjacent to Shearwater, we transferred approximately 26 acres to the St. Johns County School District. SJCSD’s newest K-8 school, Trout Creek Academy, opened in August 2024 and welcomed about 1,500 students. TCA students and sports teams will be known as the Terrapins to reflect strength, resilience, and adaptability – qualities that resonate deeply with the community’s ethos and the spirit of our students and staff, according to school leaders.
