Annual farmers market returns to Carnes Crossroads

Carnes Crossroads has begun the 2024 season of the community’s Fourth Fridays Farmers Market. The monthly gatherings are a vibrant celebration, supporting locally sourced goods and farm-to-table experiences that embody Carnes Crossroads’ agrihood community lifestyle.

The 2024 farmers markets coincide with the construction of the community barn, which will soon become the central hub for resident farm share pick-up. The barn will serve as the heart of the community, providing a location where residents can pick up their share of crops such as blueberries, blackberries, figs and orchard fruit trees.

The 2024 Carnes Crossroads farmers markets are 5-8 p.m. on the fourth Friday of every month until September at 513 Wodin Place in Goose Creek. The markets feature more than 50 local vendors, live music and popular food trucks.
